At D.darkmoor we carefully inspect every piece before shipping. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

Broken clasps
Loose stones caused by production defects
Faulty chains or connectors
Incorrect or defective items received

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, fading, or discoloration caused by use
Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage
Accidental damage, pulling, bending, or dropping
Lost or stolen items
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
In the same condition as received
Returned with all accessories, cards, or gift packaging included

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized jewelry
Earrings or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
